SOFIA. KAZINFORM – Kazakhstan won 3 medals on the day of the 2022 World Youth Taekwondo Championships in Sofia, Kazinform of the National Olympic Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan learned.
Asset Izgaliyev (weight -48 kg), Aidana Sundetbay (weight -46 kg) and Tamirlan Tleules (weight -51 kg) have won medals in their weight classes.
Aidana Sundetbay may simply not defeat South Korean taekwondoist Kim Yunseo in the final. Tamirlan Tleules also eliminated South Korean athlete Yang Huichan. Sundetbay and Tleules won the gold.
