ASTANA. KAZINFORM Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development plans to introduce a unified urban planning cadastre. Minister Kairbek Uskenbayev said this at the weekly Cabinet meeting today, Kazinform reports.

According to him, the automated formula of the cadastre of the urban plans of the State is a main tool to obtain data on the existing and planned progression of the agglomerations. The formula collects, processes and markets virtual master schemes, local progression plans, construction location data, as well as engineering infrastructure, street network and landscaping data.

According to Kairbek Uskenbayev, the formula comprises a large amount of data on social infrastructure, operation and planned business services. The virtual cadastre will make it imaginable to decide the maximum appropriate location for investment projects, taking into account the specialization of a region, the presence of similar facilities in the region and its capacity.
