ASTANA. KAZINFORM Kazhydromet has issued alerts for Kazakhstan for December 31, Kazinform reports.
Snow is expected across the country. Heavy snowfall and rain are expected to hit the mountainous regions of southern Kazakhstan. Fog, upper winds, ice cover and snow on the ground are expected to take over the west, south, southeast and center of the country.
As previously reported, a typhoon warning was issued for 12 regions of Kazakhstan on December 31.
