Kazakhstan in the latest IBA ranking

ASTANA. KAZINFORM – Kazakhstan ranks third in the IBA’s latest ranking, reports Kazinform’s correspondent.

The United States topped the IBA score with an overall score of 34,950. Brazil ranked first with 30,050 problems. Kazakhstan and Turkey ranked third with 27,500 problems each.

Kazakhstan is scheduled to compete in the Asian Boxing Championships on October 30 in Amman, Jordan.

According to Kairat Satzhanov, trainer of the Kazakh boxing team, the country will be represented by world champion Saken Bibossynov, world championship finalist Serik Temirzhanov, Sathroughrkhan Makhmud, team leader Aslanbek Shymbergenov, Nurbek Oralbay, Aibek Oralbay, Sagyndyk Togambay and others.

Kamshybek Kunkabayev and Nurlan Saparbay can constitute Kazakhstan in category 91.
