NUR-SULTAN. KAZINFORM Kazakh Prime Minister Askar Mamin met with the director general of the Roscosmos State Society for Space Activities, Dmitri Rogozine, reports the Prime Minister’s press service.
The parties discussed the urgent problems of cooperation between Kazakhstan and Russia, adding additional progression of the Baikonur cosmodrome and cooperation in terrestrial remote sensing. Particular attention has been paid to the structure of the joint Baiterek-Nazarbayev rocket complex and to trilateral allocation along with the United Arab Emirates on the modernization of Gagarin’s Start (launch site).
Kazakhstan’s Minister-in-Office for Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry Bagdat Musin attended the meeting.
