Feel hopeful and positive as the emirate’s personal welcome scholars for the first time since March

Tens of thousands of scholars return to Sharjah’s study rooms.

Distance, Covid-19 testing for over-12s and disinfection will make this year like no other.

However, on Monday, the National regained optimism among parents, academics and teachers when the study rooms first hummed again since March.

“It’s amazing to be back, staying home is, of course, more comfortable but boring,” said Michael Ramy, 15, who is in her 11th grade at Victoria English School.

“My protection for me is to keep my distance and avoid reaching out,” he said.

Nadine Chamma, 15, said she missed school and all her friends because she had a moment at home.

“It was very much for me not to be here for almost six months, ” he said.

“But the school has taken strict measures that satisfy me and I will be fine. “

The 116 personal schools in the emirate have reorganized their services with strict security measures and this follows a massive screening of those over 12 years of age to detect Covid-19.

Approximately 100,000 academics return to classes, but all at the same time. Some will put a rotation formula in position due to capacity constraints, i. e. a week of painting, a week off for academics. Others will offer a staggered return.

On Monday, parents left the youth at designated doors and the students were greeted through a team of school staff.

They were checked for temperature and disinfected before being asked to take safe roads to lead to their classrooms.

Sultan Shaat, in grade 10, locates the fitness crisis and thinks we want to get used to it.

“It’s all up to you, your protection, I mean, if you attach yourself to security protocols, everything will be fine and if you don’t, you take a risk,” sultan, 15.

After only an hour in school, Rola Mohammed, in tenth grade, was happy with the measures implemented.

“Teachers are the ones who can move between classes, which makes the task more complicated for them and safer for us,” said Rola, 14.

Victoria English School, which has 800 students, has also brought a new way to inspire hand washing, turning dozens of barrels into colorful sinks installed in the hallways. An isolation room, clinic, distance stickers and more doctors are also components of the new school year.

Teachers at the school also stated that it is better for students to return to classes.

“Being online allowed for the progress you want to make with the higher grades,” said French instructor Diana Pava of Romania.

“You can’t imagine realistic comments or reviews of situations under control if you’re not there,” he said.

“No matter how much time you spend in hermit mode away from communicating with other people every day, it’s vital to interact. “

Even more excited than his students, the physics Kareema Slama.

Today I am the happiest instructor in school . . . I woke up so excited I didn’t know what to wear

“I’m the happiest instructor at school today because being new is the first time I’ve seen my students, that I meet them for the first time on one screen,” she said.

“It’s a beautiful day, I woke up at 5. 30am so excited I didn’t know what to wear. “

A father of four fourth, fifth, tenth, and twelfth graders, he said he was very happy that his children returned to school and was sure they would be safe.

“I am satisfied as if I had welcomed a new baby into the family,” said a Lebanese resident, Ali Mohammed Msarrah, after taking his son to school.

“Not that we didn’t need them at home, but they withdrew, ” said Mr. Msarrah.

“At school it’s different, they see their friends and communicate with each other and their peers. “

His wife, however, would miss having children.

“She has combined Emotions Array . . . because he had young people at home for so long,” Mr. Msarrah.
