The Italian government is executing an agreement with Paris to impose COVID-19 control on tourists and staff returning from France and will do the same with Spain, as cases are also increasing. With the reciprocity agreement envisaged with Paris, checks will be carried out at the border, both on arrival and departure.

The Constitutional Service expresses doubts about the new COVID-19 law.
