Isko: LSIs welcome in Manila, but take precautions that oppose COVID-19

MANILA, Philippines – While other stranded people (LSI) can make a stopover in Manila City, Mayor Isko Moreno warned them to be careful as there are still cases of COVID-19 in the town.

(In all LSIs going to Manila, you are welcome here, but be careful in Manila, as there are still cases of COVID-19 here and there are a number of deaths).

Moreno previously announced that the city would allow even non-residents to gain advantages from their loose COVID-19 check, as they introduced the city’s time-entry check center at Gat Andres Bonifacio Memorial Medical Center in Tondo.

Meanwhile, thousands of LSIs have recently been filled in the Rizal Memorial Sports Complex, 25 of which tested positive for the immediate COVID-19 test.

Currently, there are 83,673 shown COVID-19 in the Philippines, with 26,617 cures and 1,947 deaths.

The Metropolitan Manila domain recorded the number of COVID-19 instances among other regions, with 45,969 instances.
