Eynollahi made the remarks Sunday at an assembly with Cuban Deputy Foreign Minister Elio Rodriguez Perdomo in the Iranian capital, noting that Iran’s Health Ministry is tasked with heading the Cuba-Iran joint economic commission, and that the commission provides a valuable opportunity for both. sides to expand relationships.
According to the Iranian minister, the 18th Joint Economic Commission held in Tehran this year and such interactions will consolidate mutual ties.
He pressed the desire to put into effect joint documents signed by the two countries, adding that Havana and Tehran have cooperated in the fitness sector, especially in the production of the coronavirus vaccine.
As for the culture of resilience in Cuba, he noted that the Islamic Republic is delighted with the revolutionary culture of the Latin American country and that the culture of Cuban resistance to ruthless US sanctions has other states in the region.
“With cooperation between Iran and friendly and revolutionary countries, U. S. global arrogance and repression can make it possible,” Eynollahi added.
Elsewhere in his remarks, the Minister of Health referred to the wonderful march of the National Day Against Global Arrogance on March 4, noting that the Iranian country and friendly countries like Cuba oppose the interventionist policies of the United States and its allies, and history indicates so. This subjugation will not bear fruit because the Islamic Republic and other independent countries have controlled more harshly despite ruthless economic sanctions and pressures.
The Cuban deputy minister, for his part, said that expanding interactions between Iran and Cuba can powerfully address the challenges.
The joint economic commission has taken business measures and the two sides have reached agreements, which deserve to be implemented as soon as possible and in the most productive way, he said.
Referring to Iran-Cuba collaboration in the production of the coronavirus vaccine, he discussed that the two countries have reached the point where they can expand exchanges and cooperation in the fitness sector.
