DUBAI – Iran has recorded 3,902 new coronavirus cases in more than 24 hours, and the total number of known cases in the most affected country in the Middle East amounted to 475674, state television reported on Monday.
Ministry of Health spokeswoman Sima Sadat Lari told the television station that 235 patients had died in the last 24 hours, which equates to the maximum death toll on July 28 (Dubai Press Room Report; Editing via Jon Boyle).
