TEHRAN. KAZINFORM — The death toll from the coronavirus pandemic in Iran remained unchanged at 144,634 with deaths from day 0 in the past 24 hours, Iran’s Health Ministry said on Friday, IRNA reports.
No one has died from the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in the past 24 hours in Iran, bringing the total number of deaths to 144,634, Iran’s Health Ministry said Friday.
However, 23 new cases of COVID-19 infection have been found in the past 24 hours, 14 of whom have been hospitalized, he said.
Iran’s Health Ministry said 7,335,235 patients out of a total of 7,559,760 inflamed people have recovered or been discharged from hospitals.
Some 79 COVID-19 patients are in critical condition and in intensive care units, he added.
The Ministry of Health also announced that 65,141,289 Iranians received the first dose and 58,550,766 more people received the current dose of COVID-19 vaccine.
In addition, another 31,379,392 people also gained the third or fourth momentum.
