Indian child showed cases of covid-19 in Singapore: Ministry of Health

The Ministry of Health (MoH) said That Singapore had reported 359 new cases of coronavirus on Tuesday, and that most foreigners had paintings and were housed in dormitories.

“Singapore has reported 359 new cases of coronavirus, most among foreigners wearing paints and staying in dormitories, bringing overall infections in the country to 51,197,” the ministry of fitness said in a statement.

The Ministry of Health showed that the Indian child is one of 15 patients imported with coronavirus, the Straits Times reported.

The baby, an Indian national, one of the two holders of a dependent pass that arrived from India on July 12 and 14.

Among the other thirteen imported patients were two Singaporeans who had returned to Singapore from India on 15 July, and 11 pass-bearers or paint permits who were hired here and arrived in Singapore from India or the Philippines between 14 and 15 July, according to the Singapore Journal.

According to the ministry, the average number of new instances in the network in a week increased from 10 instances two weeks ago to five last week.

The number of unrelated instances on the network in a week increased from an average of five instances to 3 during the same period.

A total of 179 patients remain in the hospital, while 4,940 are recovering at the network facility, the Ministry of Health said.

To date, Singapore has reported 27 deaths of patients with COVID-19 headaches.

A total of 45,677 patients have fully recovered from the disease here, 171 who were discharged from the hospital on Monday, the Ministry of Fitness said.
