As a component of a peace deal negotiated through President Donald Trump, Israel will suspend plans to annex West Bank spaces, according to a set broadcast Thursday through the White House.

The statement, which rated the two countries as “two of the top reliable and competent regional partners in the United States,” states that Israel and the United Arab Emirates will signal agreements in the coming weeks on investment, tourism, air travel, security, embassy opening and more. Array The two countries will also paint in combination to expand a coronavirus vaccine, he said.

The Gulf States have approached Israel in recent years, but the United Arab Emirates is the first to identify formal ties with the Jewish state. Countries are intended to counter Iranian influence in the Middle East.

Most Arab countries recognize Israel’s way of life. The Jewish state lately has only ties to Egypt and Jordan.
