Important notes on this report

The number of instances included in this report is an estimate for the baseline era based on reports generated through the Ohio Department of Health (ODH) Ohio Disease Reporting System (ODRS). This knowledge is possibly affected by several factors, adding still not limited to:

— Failure to report individual instances (e. g. if a self-administered home verification kit tests positive but data from individual instances is reported to HCPH or recorded in ODRS, this case will be counted through the ODH or included in this report).

—Delays in electronic notification of cases, especially during peak periods.

For ongoing updates, HCPH reminds citizens to continue with reliable resources for COVID-19 data, adding www. huroncohealth. com, www. coronavirus. ohio. gov, and www. cdc. gov. Data on state instances of COVID-19 is available on the Ohio Department of Health’s COVID-19 dashboard at: https://coronavirus. ohio. gov/wps/portal/gov/covid-19/dashboards.
