BERLIN, 19 Aug (Reuters) – Hugo Boss will only require many members to paint at the workplace tuesday through Thursday, even after the coronavirus pandemic, providing the option to run remotely on Mondays and Fridays, the German fashion space announced Wednesday.
Hugo Boss said he took up the resolution after an internal investigation showed that, at most, other people felt less pressured as they left home because of the pandemic and had more time for their families, while managers were also very happy with the paintings made remotely.
“The long term belongs to custom combinations of offsite paints,” said Jochen Eckhold, Director of Human Resources.”Our hybrid paint style responds to employees’ growing preference for time and location options.”
The company stated that 3 days in the workplace made it possible to plan meetings and occasions more efficiently, while editing the group’s attractiveness as an employer and protecting the environment by reducing travel.
First, the new schedule will be available from October for approximately 3,200 workers in Germany whose jobs do not require a physical presence in the office, although Hugo Boss expects similar models to be followed in its subsidiaries worldwide.
Hugo Boss, known for his cuts of wise men, said earlier this month that he expected cuts and ceremonial clothing to return as locks fade, even as it adjusts to the growing popularity of casual styles after sales fell by 59% at the time.Quarter.
