Olawale Popoola, CEO and CEO of HighBridge Homes Limited, one of the leading players in Nigeria’s real estate sector, explains how smart effects helped his company thrive despite pandemic pains and Conovirus disorders in this interview with Vanguard Homes
My call is Olawale Popoola, MD/CEO, HighBridge Homes Limited. I am also an executive member of the Nigerian Real Estate Developers Association REDAN. Our boss is in Royal Plaza, Bogije, Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos. real estate development. Our operations cover the main spectrum of real estate, and the company has made a place as a major player in the thriving real estate sector.
We are known for having one of the largest banks in the country. We sell affordable land to all categories of Nigerians, such as the low, medium and high income source categories of society.
Our number one project is to help other people homeowners, and we do so by obtaining a large expanse of land. After making sure you are free of all charges, we sell the plots to prospective owners with the corresponding government-approved deeds. We also help others buy a property, whether luxury, mid-level or cheap homes, so others can have shelter above their heads, at affordable prices.
I studied civil engineering at Kwara State Polytechnic, then read economics and earned my bachelor’s degree in economics from Ilorin University. I have other professional certifications. Armed with all this, I set out to explore the burgeoning real estate sector; and I’m very glad I did. Business has been exciting.
The COVID-19 pandemic has affected real estate agents in other ways. But players who have an intelligent track record of functionality and the ability to deliver compelling, cutting-edge systems to consumers of genuine real estate products have reached fantastic agreements despite the economic limits the pandemic has had for people.
For us at HighBridge Homes, the COVID-19 pandemic was a blessing because we made as many sales as before the pandemic. At the moment we have already sold two projects such as HighBridge Cottage, which is located in the Sangotedo domain of Lekki and HighBridge Oakland, Lekki Free Zone, Lagos.
Currently, we have HighBridge Park Estates, it is the fastest domain in the Lagos Free Trade Area, with considerably higher value. A potential customer can unload a plot of land in Ibeju-Lekki at a rate of N970,000 consistent with plot and N540,000 per half plot, respectively. I can guarantee that in two weeks all plots of the farm will be sold out because we are offering our consumers first class homes at rates. They love us because our assets are safe. It’s our trademark.
Our promotion point is that we deliver intact and quickly, HighBridge is known for adding price to our domain even before it starts promoting the parcels. advantages of our dear residents.
We expect to sell a giant volume before development begins. But as soon as we appropriate it, we begin development; and gives our consumers confidence because they can interact with us,
They see our presence there, they see us; and all of this is helping our business. Yes, I do. we deliver and refund the price to our customers, and they still don’t have options to hang out with us.
Our consumers don’t want to deal with the natives (omo onile), we protect them from the challenges of omo oniles. They are and comfortably with us. We are necessarily bringing investors closer to affordable, relaxing homes and land masses.
HighBridge Homes is spreading across the country. Currently, we are offering a pre-launch offer in our domain of the city of Benin. We are also operating in 3 new areas; two in Lagos and one in Abuja very soon.
We will be offering an exclusive structure and a sales leader in one of the main heritage spaces of the Lekki Peninsula, in Lagos. La farm is exclusive in the sense that a potential customer can obtain a plot and be able to express their creativity through the structure of their taste.
We also have a segment that will provide highBridge prototype apartment types for all income source categories.
For example, there will be kitchen apartments or studios and one bedroom apartments for beginners and young families, apartments with two and three bedroom terraces for middle class and luxury townhouse apartments for 4 and more. for the class.
Benin’s allocation lately is 1. 6 m for a complete plot and 850 for a partial plot. A plot of land in Benin is 900 square meters, which is larger than what is received in Lagos (100 feet). liberation to be offering. But for as long as we launch the program completely, the value will exceed two million naras. This is a time to get a pre-lunch offering at a wonderful price.
The pre-launch offer is about to close, as long as we have a full lunch, the value will exceed two million cards. This is a time to get an asset on our Bennin estate at a wonderful price.
