“Passengers who do not present this certificate will be asked to deliver a swab upon arrival at Malta International Airport or quarantined in Malta upon arrival.
“The existing list can be found at malta’s Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs.
“The government of Malta will review the list of countries for which prior testing will be required. “
All passengers arriving in the country must complete a paper copy of a public fitness form and a passenger location form to be held on the Malta airport website.
Malta has a three-tier formula for those who come to the country from abroad.
Travellers arriving in Malta from a “green list” of countries will not be subject to a pick-up check upon arrival.
