Together we are UB:
Updated on 06/05/2023
The University at Buffalo continues to offer a full program of face-to-face courses and a dynamic on-campus experience. For the physical condition of the UB community, the university has a comprehensive set of protection and fitness rules.
UB’s rules are based on recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the New York State Department of Health, and SUNY. All members of the UB network are requested to familiarize themselves with UB rules and keep themselves informed of any changes.
As always, the suitability and protection of the UB network remain paramount. The university may adjust its suitability guidelines, as needed, based on new clinical evidence and the evolution of the pandemic.
The State University of New York has announced that a COVID-19 vaccine will no longer be required for students to attend SUNY’s 64 campuses, with summer school coinciding with the official end of the national public fitness emergency through President Biden’s administration.
