Hard to scam under BJP government, hard-to-count scams under congressional rule: Amit Shah at Himachal rally

Home Minister Amit Shah said on Thursday that the BJP, if elected to exercise force in Himachal Pradesh, will soon implement the Uniform Civil Code as it sheds light on the “10 promises” promised by the rival Congress, saying other people accept as true with the promises of those who have reputations while the opposition party does not.

At an election rally in Kangra district on the last day of the campaign, Shah imbued his speech with forums of progress and Hindutva, noting that on that day Maratha King Shivaji killed Afzal Khan in 1659 and raised the saffron flag.

Addressing Congress, he said it’s hard to count the number of scams under his government, while it’s hard for any scams since the BJP entered the Center in 2014.

He accused Congress of being involved in scams that valued Rs 12 lakh crore his 10-year rule in the Centre between 2004 and 2014 and said the other people of Himachal Pradesh will have no confidence in the promises put forward by a party like this.

The government headed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the center and the government headed by Prime Minister Jai Ram Thakur in the state have spared no effort to expand Himachal Pradesh, Shah said, mentioning measures such as the status quo of IIT, AIIMS and healthcare. Schools here.

“The dual engine has made history of progression in all sectors,” he said.

When Congress ruled Delhi for decades, it failed to act on service staff’s request for a top-tier pension, while Modi implemented it in 2015 after it came into force in 2014, he said.

In particular, Kangra, the state’s largest district with 15 electoral districts, has a presence of former servicemen and soldiers.

Shah claimed that the era of incumbent parties wasting forces is over and noted that the BJP has retained its strength in many states such as Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Goa and Manipur, among others, because of its progressive work.

The BJP will come to Himachal continuously, he said.

The senior BJP leader cited surgical moves at terror camps in Pakistan, the structure of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya and the expansion and renovation of many Modi government holy sites to infiltrate people’s votes for his party.

While Congress continued Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru’s “mistake” related to Section 370, Modi eliminated it in 2019, he said.

Does Article 370 have been removed or not?”Asked.

He said that for 70 years, Congress had embraced Section 370, adding that it had been deserted despite general congressional opposition to the resolution and creating the hype that it would lead to bloodshed in the state, but nothing happened.

For 10 years, when Congress was in power, Pakistan used to return the decapitated bodies of our jawans, but the government here never uttered a word,” Shah said.

Referring to the attacks by Uri and Pulwama, he said there had been an appropriate reaction.

Acknowledging Himachal Pradesh’s contribution in sending other young men to serve in the armed forces, he said many brave foot soldiers have sacrificed their lives for the nation, adding to laureates Param Vir Chakra, Major Somnath Sharma and Captain Vikram Batra.

Shah also accused Congress of playing politics when covid vaccines were released.

“Every morning, Rahul Baba used to get up and make a negative tweet. . . but other people weren’t listening to them (Congress) and they were all being hit. Later, in the darkness of the night, he was also stung. The vaccine is a vaccine, which has been ready through scientists in this country, they also do politics in the vaccine box?” Asked.

Instead of saving lives, Congress is their political bread, Shah said.

Looking at the rival party, he said other people ask what kind of leaders the Congress has, while the BJP has leaders like Modi, Jai Ram Thakur and Anurag Thakur, the latter from Himachal.

In an obvious reference to Congress leaders Sonia Gandhi and her son Rahul Gandhi and state Congress leader Pratibha Singh and his son Vikramaditya Singh, Shah said, “Congress has Maa-Beta there and here as well. “party. In this party, there is no position for working people. If you want to advance in this match, you will have to be born into an eminent family. It is vital to be Shehzada and Rajkunwar,” Shah said.

He reminded Rahul Gandhi that “we in a democracy, the time of the raja-ranis is over. “

Shah also Congress on the subject of Ram Temple.

“Tell me, shouldn’t a wonderful temple be built where Lord Ram was born?Since Babur destroyed it, thousands of other people have sacrificed their lives, but the temple has not been built. Congress kept him tangled. . .

“A giant temple is now being built and will be in position in January 2024,” he said.

The Kashi Vishwanath hall that he destroyed through Aurangzeb, has not been built since. This is the government that built the hall, he says.

“. . . We don’t do voting bench politics, but we’re also not afraid to vote in the caucus,” he said, pointing again at Congress.
