GAZA CITY, Gaza Strip – Gaza’s Hamas leaders said Monday that they have reached an agreement with foreign mediators to finalize the new circular of cross-border violence with Israel.

Following indirect mediation efforts through Egypt, the United Nations and Qatar, Hamas said that “several projects will be announced to serve our people in the Gaza Strip and alleviate” difficult living conditions.
He did not detail any of the plans, but indicated that the situations would come to “what they were before the escalation”.
As a component of past unofficial agreements made through intermediaries, Hamas has called for a broader easing of movement restrictions, an increase in Israel’s electricity supply, and large-scale economic projects to reduce unemployment, which is around 50%.He accuses Israel of going too slow or of failing to live up to its commitments.
COGAT, an Israeli defense organization guilty of Palestinian civil affairs, announced a backwardness on Monday that it would reopen Gaza’s only shipping crossing and resume fuel shipments to the territory, and also said it would reopen a 25-kilometre fishing domain off the Coast of Gaza.
“This resolution will be tested on the ground: if Hamas, which is guilty of all movements in the Gaza Strip, respects its obligations, Israel will act accordingly,” he said.
The UN envoy to the region, Nickolay Mladenov, welcomed the agreement.
“At the end of the launch of incendiary gadgets and projectiles, the recovery of electric energy will allow #UN to control the crisis – COVID19,” he tweeted.
