The Greek government on Friday announced a series of new measures to curb the spread of coronavirus (Covid-19), following an increase in the number of cases shown during the week.
“In recent days, there has been a break in terms of compliance with the measures and there have been scenes of congestion and overcrowding, reflecting the trend in development of cases … That’s why it’s to take additional action,” Greek Deputy Civil Protection Minister Nikos Hardalias said at an emergency briefing.
