PEOPLE, Colo. (KRDO) – Governor Jared Polis reports on the state’s reaction to COVID-19 on Tuesday as he takes part in a day south of Colorado.
Polis in Colorado Springs last Tuesday to explore the city’s loose COVID-19 control site at the Citadel Mall.He then traveled to Pueblo to verify Chilean cultivation and meet with local leaders to discuss coronavirus mitigation strategies.
According to Polis, there were 57,775 positive controls for COVID-19 in the state with 1853 coronavirus deaths.He noted that the average 7-day positivity is about 2.89% nationwide, but added that Pueblo and El Paso County had 7 daily averages, 4.7% and 4.2%, respectively, due to a decrease in the verification rate.
