ATLANTA, GA – Georgia released on Thursday 4045 new coVID-19 instances just shown in the Department of Health report.
This is the sixth time since the beginning of the pandemic that Georgia has reported more than 4,000 new cases in an undated day.
If the number of new cases is consistently high, it is not your imagination: Georgia has recorded more than part of its new COVID-19 cases in the last month alone.
On 30 June, the Georgian Ministry of Public Health showed 81,291 coVID-19. On Thursday, he reported 182,286.
The Georgia Department of Health also reported 30 more deaths and 339 new hospitalizations.
Those who test positive for COVID-19 do not necessarily have poor health; in some cases, they may not even have symptoms, but they can transmit the coronavirus to other vulnerable people.
CORONAVIRUS NUMBERS
The Georgia Department of Public Health reported that a total of 182,286 showed instances of COVID-19 at 2:50 p.m. Thursday. According to the Department of Health’s website, this new 4,045 showed instances in the last 24 hours.
Georgia has also reported 3,671 deaths to date from COVID-19, with 30 deaths recorded in the following 24 hours. In addition, the state reported 18,303 hospitalizations, 339 more than the following day, and 3,671 admissions to extensive care sets to date.
No data are available in Georgia on the number of patients cured.
Counties on or near the Atlanta Metro continue to have the number of positives, with Fulton County still at the forefront.
Counties within or near the Atlanta Metro also continue to have maximum deaths due to COVID-19. The only exception is Dougherty County, from Georgia’s first primary outbreak.
On Thursday, Georgia administered more than 1.7 million COVID-19 tests, about 12% of which are the least used to detect antibodies.
For reliable maximum control of the virus itself, 10.9% of the controls yielded positive results. For less reliable antibody testing, 6.3% tested positive. The overall positive rate is around 10.3%.
As more and more Georgians have been reviewed in recent weeks, positive percentages for both viral and general controls have increased slightly. On July 6, the percentage of checks overall that yielded positive results was only 8.7%.

Worldwide, more than 17.1 million people have become inflamed with COVID-19 and nearly 669,000 people have died, Johns Hopkins University reported Thursday.
In the United States, more than 4.4 million other people swelled up and more than 151,000 people died from COVID-19 on Thursday. The United States has only about 4% of the world’s population, yet it showed more cases and deaths than any other country.
