There will be no restrictions on leaving your home.
* During the weekend, being on beaches shall be prohibited (except for this weekend, 17-18 July, when beaches shall remain open).
During the weekend, shops, shopping malls, outdoor markets, beauty salons/hairdressers, beauty salons, libraries, children’s zoos, museums and exhibition spaces, swimming pools, tourist attractions and cable cars should be closed.
This restriction does not apply to retail outlets that offer services: food outlets, pharmacies and points of sale, most of which are the sale of hygiene products, opticians and laboratories to repair communication devices.
This restriction does not apply to hotel pools that are reserved for hotel visitors, only to allow hotels to provide the main accessory to their visitors, also on weekends).
In addition to the Cabinet resolution and in accordance with the policy of cutting the meetings, the following movements were agreed:
1. The Director-General of the Ministry of Health shall indicate an ordinance prohibiting meetings that will allow up to 10 persons to gather in enclosed spaces and up to 20 people in open spaces (excluding workplaces and nuclear families). This will take effect at 5:00 p.m. (Friday, July 17).
2. The cabinet has legalized the Prime Minister and the Minister of Defence/Deputy Prime Minister, after consultation with the Ministers of Finance, Health and Education, on restrictions on the school system. Decisions, once made, will be made public.
3. Reduction of reception in government departments: transition to online (subject to legislative changes, if any).
4. Government Ministries: 50% relief of presence in ministries – duty of the Commissioner of public service and the Director of Wages of the Ministry of Finance.
5. Closing of dining rooms in the – takeaway service only.
Violation of one of the above restrictions is a crime.

Prime Minister Netanyahu and Defense Minister/Deputy Prime Minister Gantz will leave restaurants open until 05:00 on Tuesday
To allow arrangements and due to the acquisition of food stocks through restaurants, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Minister of Defense/Deputy Prime Minister Benny Gantz will leave restaurants open until 05:00 on Tuesday 21 July 2020, in the existing format.
The Cabinet will approve the decision forthwith.
