Fukushima nuclear waste postponed until 2023

The operator of the No. 1 Fukushima nuclear power plant, which suffered central meltdowns in 2011, and the Japanese government announced Thursday that they will postpone the removal of radioactive fuel waste, scheduled for this year, for 12 to 18 months.
