PARIS (AP) — French President Emmanuel Macron said Monday that discussions between Armenia and Azerbaijan will have to be resumed.
“Negotiations will have to resume,” Macron said ahead of a meeting with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan at the Elysee Palace in Paris.
