This Saturday, August 29, coVID-19 loose tests and protective equipment will be carried out to structure staff and their families.
Appointments must be made at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church at 231 N. Marsalis Ave, Dallas, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. or until verification is complete.
1000 COVID-19 tests will be performed on a first-come, first-served basis.
The check is sponsored through State Representative Jessica Gonzalez, D-Dallas and other agencies, in addition to the city of Dallas.
“Knowing if you have COVID-19 is incredibly vital to slowing the spread of the virus and minimizing transmission in the community,” Gonzalez said.
Those who are provided are encouraged to wear a mask and a social distance to prevent the spread of the disease.
In addition to Gonzalez, the occasion is organized through the member of the Dallas City Council, Chad West; The Association of Hispanic Entrepreneurs of the United States; The Texas Entrepreneurs Association; Texas Emergency Management Division; Hispanic Fire Association; The Catholic Church of the Blessed Sacrament; and Tito’s artisanal vodka.
