A member of the Czorny Alzheimer Center tested positive for COVID-19, according to Fraser Health.
In a statement, the fitness authority said a Fraser Health Rapid Response Team on site and communicates with citizens and families.
The member’s been remote at home lately.
The Czorny Alzheimer Center is a long-term care center in Surrey. It is owned and operated through Fraser Health, which stated that advanced controls had been placed on the site.
Fraser Health said it works with staff to identify anyone who may have been exposed to the virus and take steps to protect the fitness of all staff, citizens and families.
Fraser Health takes quick action by restricting on-site visitors, getting better cleaning and infection control, among other measures.
They have an additional presence in it to perform additional actions if necessary.
