PARIS (Reuters) – France’s fitness minister suggested Wednesday that the country should not let its guard down against COVID-19, saying it faces a long war and that compliance with social estrangement regulations is important to avoid a new national blockade.
France reported 14 new deaths on Tuesday from the new coronavirus, twice the average accumulation of seven in the last week. A total of 30223 have now been killed by COVID-19 in France, the fitness government said.
“We do not face a momentary wave, the epidemic continuesArray … Some other people don’t follow the rules. We’ll have to keep our guard down,” health minister Olivier Veran told LCI television.
“We don’t want to stay in a hotel to close, we look at the scenario on a case-by-case basis. The war is not over. People want to perceive that we are going to live with this virus for long enough.
Veran asked if I would recommend 20th to go on vacation to the Breton beach hotel in Quiberon after a group of COVID-19s reported there last week and the local government ordered a curfew at night on the beaches.
“In Quiberon, there is a group of about 50 people. We’re in the situation. This will feature the spread of the virus. If we have to take additional action, we will take them,” he said.
Quiberon Prefecture later said that there were now 72 cases shown, most commonly other people over 18 to 25.
