PARIS (Reuters) – The French government plans to make masking mandatory in the vast majority of workplaces from 1 September to stop the resurgence of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Department of Labor said Tuesday that the new arrangement would apply to all shared spaces in offices and factories, but would enlarge individual offices where only one worker is present.
He also claimed that running out of the house would remain the recommended option for employees.A government official said the mask in the paintings would be mandatory from September 1.
He added that there would be discussions with employers and unions about boundary cases, for example, when only two other people were provided in a large, open and well-separated space.
The details will also be developed for special paint environments, such as frozen food stores, where masks are practical while freezing.
Masking is also mandatory in the country in all public shipments and in indoor public spaces maximum such as department stores and museums, as well as in the crowded outdoor spaces of some cities.
France imposed some of the strictest blockade restrictions in Europe before this year, particularly by reducing the rate of coronavirus infections, but in recent weeks, the number of new instances of COVID-19 has increased and public fitness officials have warned that contagion may simply be uncontrollable..
The government has been affected by unions to increase protections in time by September, when other people repaint after long summer holidays and young people have to go back to school.
“The most productive thing we can do to prepare for the return of the holiday is to assure workers that in combination we are taking the necessary precautions to spread the virus,” said Elisabeth Borne, labor minister, as cited by the ministry..
