PARIS: France reported 7379 new cases of coronavirus on Friday (August 28), a new post-lockout record after the record of 6111 reported on Thursday and just below the 7578 peak set on 31 March for the closing period.
The total number of cases showed more than 267,077, while the cumulative number of deaths per COVID-19 increased from 20 to 30,596, the Ministry of Health reported.
