PARIS – France recorded 10593 new cases shown of coronavirus in the more than 24 hours, setting a new record and pushing the cumulative number to 415481, the ministry of fitness reported on Thursday.
The previous record of 10,561 new cases consistent with the day, recorded on September 12. The sharp increase is the result of a steady increase in infection rate, but also a large increase in verification. The government has released the COVID-19 check, which queues long lines at the control centers of French cities.
The number of other people who died from the virus in France increased from 50 to 31095, the number of now in two months after the 80 deaths reported on 11 September (Report via Geert De Clercq edited through Chris Reese).
