Four Israelis dead, more than inflamed with COVID-19

Four more Israelis have been killed by the novel coronavirus since the Sabbath ended on Saturday night, and more than a thousand others have also become sick with the virus, according to Israel’s Health Ministry.

As of Sunday night, there were 11,151 new cases of SARS-CoV-2 infections, with 151 patients in very serious condition, 47 of whom required respiratory assistance.

There are a total of 19,300 active cases of the virus; this after 20,294 tests were carried out during the Sabbath.

Unfortunately, 362 Israelis were killed through the virus, 4 of whom died last night; a total of 8 died in the last 24 hours.

At least 38,670 Israelis have been affected by COVID-19, the disease through the new coronavirus, since the onset of the pandemic.

On the bright side, at least 18,915 Israelis have recovered from the illness thus far.

According to global statistics, according to the World Health Organization, over the past 24 hours, the overall total of coronavirus cases reached about thirteen million on Sunday. There were 230,370 new cases of internationally diagnosed COVID-19, with the total number of international cases being 12,552,765.

This weekend, another 5285 people died from the virus, raising the death toll internationally from COVID-19 to 561617. More than a part of the total deaths came from the “Americas”.

Israel ranks 16th in the number of total confirmed cases and also total confirmed new cases among European nations reporting to the WHO.

The World Health Organization (WHO) reported a record increase in global coronavirus cases on Sunday, with the total rising by 230,370 in 24 hours.
