The consumer of the transfer is Kipic (Kipic).

Package four consists of garage tanks, while package five consists of marine installations.
Kipic is also a $10 billion petrochemical allocation known as al-Zour petrochemical refinery integration allocation (price).
Kipic is expected to publish a short list of bidders for Kuwait’s $10 billion Al-Zour petrochemical sometime this year.
The planned petrochemical complex will be incorporated into the Al-Zour refinery and will charge the existing one a block of gasoline, a block of aromatics, an OCT unit, polypropylene assemblies and the like and off-site.
It will use the crude of the Al-Zour refinery to produce about 2. 7 million tons in line with the year of aromatics and polypropylene when launched.
