Once visitors have finished their drink or food, they can return their reusable glasses or food boxes to an attractive place to eat and receive a refund for their deposit. Reusable glasses and food boxes are then professionally cleaned and disinfected through loop so they can be reused. Over time, the Loop platform is expected to have an increasing number of delivery issues, either at Tim Hortons’ dining venues and, making the program even more convenient for customers.
The pilot test is expected to begin in 2021 at Toronto’s determined restaurants.
