MANILA, Philippines – The number of Filipinos abroad inflamed with COVID-19 surpassed the mark of 9,300 after the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (DFA) reported 24 new infections on Monday.
The FDDF stated that new COVID-19 instances of Filipinos arrived here from Asia, the Middle East and Africa.
On Monday, the DFA reported that philippine COVID-19 cases had passed the 9100 mark.
In the Philippines, the number of COVID-19 shows reached 80,448 on Sunday afternoon with recoveries of 26,110 and deaths of 1,932.
Worldwide, more than 15.7 million other people have become inflamed with the new coronavirus, which originated in Wuhan City, Hubei Province, which expired last year. More than 640,000 have died from the disease worldwide. (Jim Mendoza, intern)
