Fernandez wins as Canada dominates Italy in Billie Jean King Cup final

SEVILLE, Spain – Leylah Fernandez beat Italy’s Jasmine Paolini 6-2, 6-3 on Sunday to win Canada’s first name in the Billie Jean King Cup final.
