The developer of Global Village Windsor’s $100 million allocation has announced partnership agreements with educational establishments based on the plan for the site of the former Grace Hospital.
Fairmount Properties on Wednesday provided main points on the link with St. Clair College and the University of Windsor.

The hospital, located at the corner of University Avenue West and Crawford Avenue, closed in 2004 and was demolished in 2013, remaining empty for nine years.
Fairmount had in the past announced some major points of its goals for the location in December 2020.
The company says the pandemic has slowed progress; However, the developer used this time strategically to lock down user teams and finalize design concepts.
