Eskom Reveals The Selection Of The Board For The National Transmission Company Of South Africa

Eskom’s board of directors announced the appointment of the South African National Transmission Company (NTCSA) to the board of directors.

The appointment of NTCSA’s Board of Directors is one of the top pillars of the legal separation of Eskom into 3 entities, namely generation, distribution and transmission, which is the key facet of Eskom’s recovery plan envisaged in the “Roadmap for Eskom in a Sustainable Development Context”.
