YEREVAN (Azatutyun. am)—Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Wednesday expressed his full support for the Azerbaijani army’s operations on the border with Armenia and blamed Yerevan for it.

At an assembly with foreign diplomats in Yerevan, Mirzoyan also blamed Turkey for hostilities that erupted on Monday night.
“We periodically get data on aircraft making army shipments from Turkey to Azerbaijan,” he said. He also referred to the joint trainings of the Turkish-Azerbaijani army that took place from the fifth to the ninth of September.
Turkey provided significant and decisive military assistance to Azerbaijan in the 2020 war.
