Analytical Quality Control and Quality Assurance Elida Resources S. A. C. , a wholly owned subsidiary of Element 29 Resources Inc. , oversees the drilling and sampling of HQ and NQ cores. Registration and sampling are conducted at a secure Company facility located near Elida’s assignment site. Sampling periods shall have a nominal duration of 2 metres (“m”). The drill core is partly cut using a diamond disc rotary saw and the samples are sealed on site before being transported to the laboratory of ALS Peru S. A. C. in Lima through cars and companies. Body of workers for the preparation and research of samples. ALS Peru S. A. C. It is an independent laboratory. Samples are analyzed for 35 elements using aqua regia digestion and ICP-AES research (ME-ICP41). Samples that exceed the limits are analyzed by digestion with aqua regia with ICP-AES (ME-OG46) finish. The ALS meets all the needs of the foreign criteria ISO/IEC 17025:2005 and ISO 9001:2015 for analytical procedures.
Element 29 uses a separate internal quality assurance/quality control program that includes inserting qualified, blank, duplicate reference samples into the box site. or the reliability of informed knowledge.

About Elida Elida is a Cu-Mo porphyry deposit and exploration assignment within an asset consisting of 28 mining concessions totaling 19,210 hectares and one hundred percent owned by Elida Resources S. A. C. , a Peruvian subsidiary of Element 29. The assets comprise a giant 2. 5 x 2. 4 kilometer (“km”) filic alteration formula containing an organization of porphyry centers constituting five distinct exploration targets. In 2021, Element 29 completed seven diamond drill wells totaling 4481 m intersecting and long periods of Cu-Mo-Ag mineralization and mineralization traced at an intensity greater than 900 m. The mineralization remains open in intensity. The remaining 4 primary objectives were not verified. Under the existing drilling license, the Company would possibly choose to drill to verify all known targets.
Elida is located in west-central Peru, approximately 85 km inland from the Pacific coast, at moderate altitudes between 1200 m and 2000 m, and close to transmission and electric power infrastructure, adding a 45 megawatt hydroelectric plant 15 km from the project.
About Element 29 Resources Inc. Element 29 Resources Inc. es a copper exploration and progression start-up whose objective is to advance its Peruvian project portfolio towards progression in one of the world’s leading mining jurisdictions. Element 29’s expansion strategy is led by our strong Board of Directors and management, who have a proven track record of finding and creating meaningful content for our shareholders.
The Company’s number one objective is to explore and expand its Elida porphyry copper deposit in west-central Peru and its Flor de Cobre porphyry allocation in Peru’s southern copper belt, 26 km southeast of Freeport-McMoRan’s Cerro Verde copper mine. Both assignments are good for future mine development and will benefit from nearby infrastructure by adding roads, power lines, ports, water and a professional workforce.

Mineralization begins at the surface of the bedrock, resulting in a low-style pickling ratio of 0. 74:1. The shaded zone is the interpreted position of the porphyry inventory of quartz monzonite occupying the core of zone 1. Additional exploration paints are required to verify mineralization at an intensity below the style threshold. Junction well.
