DOH: The fitness formula is almost ‘overwhelmed’ while COVID-19 cases continue to increase

MANILA, Philippines – The Ministry of Health (DOH) said Tuesday that the country’s fitness formula is about to be “overwhelmed” as some of the beds for coronavirus patients (COVID-19) are now occupied.

Of the total number of beds, 8,577 are already occupied by patients with COVID-19.

(This is equivalent to 52.3%, which is already in the “warning zone”).

Meanwhile, of the 5,232 beds committed to COVID-19 in the National Capital Region, 4,302 or 82.2% of them are already occupied, it has already reached the “danger zone,” Vergeire added.

Previously, the DOH official explained how the branch knew spaces such as ‘safe zones’, ‘warning zones’ and ‘hazardous areas’.

‘Consistent DOH percentages are safe stocks’,’ dangerous ‘in zone’ warning ‘of the ‘dangerous zone’:’safe zone ‘from 0 to 30 consistent with penny compared to amenities committed to COVID-19′ Warning Zone’, with 30 to 70% of the danger zone, 70 to 100 consistent with one hundred in the “danger zone,” Vergeire said at a briefing on July 14.

(The percentage of ages used through doH with respect to whether it is a “safe”, “warning” or “dangerous” zone is based here: “safe zone” if used between 0 and 30% of COVID-19 facilities, “warning zone ” if used from 30 to 70%, and “danger zone” if already used from 70 to 100%.

“Nationally, the malapit fitness formula has surpassed the fitness formula (nationally, our fitness formula is about to be outperformed),” Vergeire said.

(That’s why we ask you to meet fitness standards. And if it doesn’t matter, let’s all stay home.)

As of July 28, the Philippines had 83,673 COVID-19 infections, with 26,617 and 1,947 deaths.
