Dogfish’s Analog-A-Go-Go Festival Returns After 2 Years of Interruption

Dogfish Head Craft Brewery’s annual Analog-A-Go-Go festival will return after a two-year hiatus.

The festival will take place on Saturday, November 5 from noon to five p. m. in the tasting and cooking room of Dogfish’s Milton.

The birthday party will feature more than 20 exclusive independent artisans, music programming selected through Chicago-based Numero Group, 14 exclusive beer and spirits samples, and the launch of two new collaborations.

General admission tickets are on sale now for $40 according to schedule.

The ticket value includes an Analog-A-Go-Go tasting glass, 14 samples of beer and spirits, to the craft market, and tours of the brewery and Steampunk Treehouse.

Designated tickets for the motive force are also available for $10 and come with comfortable drinks, access to the craft market, and tours of the brewery and Steampunk Treehouse.

Those who purchase a price ticket before October 28 will sign up to earn a spot in an exclusive analog chat with Dogfish Head founder Sam Calagione and Number founder Ken Shipley.

“Our team here at Dogfish is thrilled to once host Analog-A-Go-Go on the user for the first time since 2019,” said Calagione.

The occasion is one of Calagione’s favorites, he said, because it combines 3 of his favorite things: beer, music and artistic collaboration.

“And as always, we have some new off-center inventions in store for this year’s occasion that I can’t wait for other people to see,” he said.

To complete the festival’s offering, Dogfish will launch two new limited-time collaborations: Numero Duo Box and Grain to Glass Whisky.

Manufactured in collaboration with Numero Group and Grain Surfboards, a local homemade surfboard company, either can be purchased exclusively from Analog-A-Go-Go, while supplies last.

Dogfish Head and Numero Group hope visitors will bring the fun of Analog-A-Go-Go into the house with the ultimate intersection of beer and music.

Numero Group and The Dogfish have teamed up on a double-sided vinyl record that includes tracks from a variety of Numero Group bands, adding Say She She and Le Ren, who will take the level at Dogfish Head Brewings.

Each of the vinyls is artfully designed to pair with limited-edition Dogfish Head beers, adding Something Cosmic and Something Atomic.

The Numero Duo box includes the vinyl record and a pack of 4 beers, all packaged in a special case for collaborative records.

According to Dogfish, the way to get to the top of the record is with a can of Something Cosmic (8. 0% ABV), a Dunkeldoppelbocksteinbier made with hot stones, carob, avocado honey and brown rice at Dogfish Head’s Milton brewery.

Next, Dogfish recommends flipping the vinyl over and grabbing a can of Something Atomic (12. 0% ABV), a pastry stout through the Hummingbird cake, with banana, pineapple and walnuts from the brewery’s Rehoboth brewery.

For spirits lovers, Dogfish Head and Grain Surfboards have teamed up to create a unique drinking experience.

Grain Surfboards, specializing in homemade and environmentally friendly wooden surfboards, uses its cedar remains in a different way in this collaboration.

Grain to Glass whisky (46% ABV) is a special blend of two other styles of Dogfish Head whiskey, one aged for two years in white American oak barrels and resting on the cedar used to make Grain surfboards.

Grain to Glass whisky will be available at Analog-A-Go-Go, for on-site consumption and to take away in 375ml bottles in the Dogfish Head tasting room.

Those who can’t tire of this collaboration can avoid stopping by Grain’s booth at Analog-A-Go-Go to compete and win a one-of-a-kind Dogfish Head and Grain Surfboards stand-up paddleboard.
