He was born in 1978 in the region of Zhambyl. Se graduated from Dulati Taraz State University, the Academy of Public Administration under the direction of the Kazakh president and the National School of Public Administration.
Throughout his career, he has been in the Ministry of Education and Science of Kazakhstan.
From June 2021 until today, he is President of the Board of Directors – Rector of the Regional University of Dulati Taraz.
