Sarah Tong, 30, and Nixon Chan, 29, are the co-founders of Big Bang Academy, a Hong Kong-based educational technology startup. To help her cope with the new stressor, Tong says she recently meditated and kept a journal.

Chan, on the other hand, says he’s not stressed, but admits he’s replaced him over the past two years. “Starting a business is another point of stress,” he says.
