COPENHAGEN, Denmark (AP) — Bahrain’s Victorious Tour de France team raided police for the time being this week. Danish police searched the corridors’ hotel rooms on Thursday on the outskirts of Copenhagen. The Tour starts on Friday with 3 stages in Denmark. The team claims that the riders “cooperated fully” and that no parts were seized. Danish police say he acted at the request of French prosecutors. The homes of the runners and staff were searched on Monday as part of an anti-doping investigation.
