EAST WINDSOR – Anticipating a momentary prospective wave, CVS Health announced Thursday that it will add new COVID-19 sites at pharmacies across the country.
One of the new sites is near southern Brunswick.
“Since we opened our first verification site in March, we have temporarily adapted to the conversion landscape to make it less difficult for others in the communities we serve to have to verify,” Jon Roberts, Chief Operating Officer, CVS Health and Interim President, CVS Pharmacy said in a statement.
“We recognize the fundamental role it plays in managing the spread of the virus and are incredibly proud of how our groups have responded to this desire while taking care of our consumers and patients,” he said.
Tests will be released for those who meet CDC criteria, patients will need to register in advance to schedule an appointment.
In the case of a minor patient, a parent must complete the online registration form and accompany the patient.
At the control site, patients must adhere to the signage or any command provided by the staff. Patients will be asked to stay in your car and get a control kit and commands.
Currently, control effects should be taken in two or 3 days.
