A leading panel of experts presented and used their diverse perspectives to explore the proper use of virtual care, telehealth and virtual platforms. In his keynote address, Mr. Seamus Blackmore, director of Atlantic Canada Health Consulting at Deloitte, explored the barriers to implementing virtual care in Canada before the pandemic and explained how this crisis has boosted virtual attention to Canada.
