Covid vaccine to be tested in Spain: an investigation is opened over allegations that a vial in Andalusia contained a destructive substance

The Provincial Court of ALMERÍA has ordered an investigation into whether Covid-19 vaccines that supposedly contain graphene oxide pose a health risk.

The complaints were filed in 2022 and the court now to see if there is “any indication of a crime contrary to public health. “

The court annulled a judge’s ruling last May dismissing the case as “unjustified” in clarifying the facts.

The ruling upholds an appeal by the complainants and concludes that the police need to carry out investigations, especially since probes had been started in other parts of Spain.

The case was first initiated after the publication on social networks of comments by a professor of chemistry at the University of Almeria (UAL) about an alleged contamination of the vaccine after the examination of a sample.

Their findings recommend that the research provides “strong evidence of the most likely presence of graphene derivatives, even if it provides conclusive evidence. “

The university dissociated itself from its conclusions and stated that the pattern analyzed “is of unknown origin and with a total lack of traceability. “

The UAL clarified that it is not an “official report” or a “scientific study”, although it stressed that it is comprehensive for vaccines in the fight against diseases.

In response to complaints acted on by the Court of Instruction 2- and now revoked by the Almeria Provincial Court- the judge last May said that were no indications of any crime ‘given that it is not proven that the Covid-19 vaccine had a toxic component that generates danger to people’s health’.

He added that the judicial district of Almeria would not have competence “since what is being investigated is the production of the vaccine and not its distribution to third parties”.
