MOSCOW – Russia reported on Saturday 6,065 new cases of coronavirus, the first time the count has exceeded 6,000 in two months. The national infection count has increased to 1,097,251.
The center of the coronavirus crisis said that another 144 people had died from the disease in the last 24 hours, which raised the number of Russian deaths to 19339 (report via Gleb Stolyarov; written through Maria Tsvetkova; edited through David Clarke).
